Attentive staff and the location was incredible and lovely. The room was panoramic and spotlessly clean with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and terry dressing gowns in the private bathroom.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the beautiful scenery and lake and mountain views. the sunset from the terraces outside the dining option was a breathtaking experience. the leisure facilities, including the pool and spa, were amazing and included in the room rate. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the complimentary shuttle to and from town was convenient. the well-kept grounds added to the overall charm. the great breakfast and restaurant offered both a la carte and half board options.

To find where the hotel is located could be quite tricky for people driving with a navigation system. The address provided by the website leads people to the middle of nowhere, and the latitude and longitude listed are also wrong (it led us to a mountain area instead of the lake).

Just ok, not as good as description

The hotel had amazing views of the surrounding area. the location is wonderful, close to all tourist attractions in Rigi, Vitznau region, the Lake of the Four Cantons, and the shore of Lake Lucerne. - the staff was excellent and friendly. - the breakfast options were tasty and plentiful.

The staff were extremely friendly and excellent the whole time. Food was AMAZING and I stayed in the double room, it was budget. A safe, central heating, and a work desk were great.

This hotel is in a stunning location overlooking a beautiful lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included. It was great value for money and the attention to detail was evident, with rooms even having a sink in the bedroom. The hotel's hilltop position provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

This venue is spotless, with helpful and friendly staff, offering stunning views of the lake, a great selection of breakfast options, and excellent service, plus a relaxed check-out time.

The staff is fantastic; we were delayed and arrived at 1am. A front desk staff member waited up for us, and despite the late hour, was so kind and welcoming. Everyone we dealt with was lovely.

I had an incredible dining experience at See- Und Seminarhotel Floraalpina. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. The made-to-order omelets were delicious and the bacon was the best I've ever had. Dining on the terrace with stunning views made it even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival.

While the beds weren't the most comfortable, it was only a minor inconvenience.
